    the absolute worst in customer service, I bought a camcorder which had a number of faults.
    In fact i decided to return and opt for an upgrade, after a huge number of mails in which I never got a satisfactory reply , ended up with no upgrade, no money back/credit. Stay away not worth it, just to save a few pounds when they are simply not interested in you after the sale.

    I ADVISE ANYONE THINKING ABOUT ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY TO STEER WELL CLEAR OF THEM. I ORDERED A PANASONIC TV IT STATED IT WAS IN STOCK AND STILL DOES NOW ON THE WEB SITE.I PHONED THEM BECAUSE THE PRICE CHARGED WAS £20.00 MORE THAN SHOWN ON SITE ,IT TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO GET THROUGH I WAS THEN INFORMED IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY DID NOT KNOW WHEN IT WOULD BE AVAILABLE SO I CANCELLED THE ORDER IT TOOK SEVERAL PHONE CALLS AND 2 DAYS FOR THE FUNDS TO BE PUT BACK INTO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

    ordered a LG LH3000 32″ tv as it was in stock, after a tried to change the delivery address, so i phoned up, after a chat i found out it was not even in stock, the web site two days later still state the product is in stock!
    I said i will keep my order as long when it does come back in stock they will express deliery to me, they said no so i cancalled mt order.
    I will never use them again!

      Sometime you got to think of it this way – if its to good to be true, there must be a catch.

    I ordered a 40″ sony lcd tv from Pixmania on a saterday on tuesday the item turned up Great you would think but this is were it all Ended and went TOTALLY WRONG,the tv was faulty so thinking it would be a simple phone call and replacement but OHHH No Pixmania had other ideas making it far trickier than that,after spending hours on hold or being past through to advicer to be on hold again and advicer again and you get the picture,then being told by pixmania to ring techguys and also there partner company currys store to replace item,currys then tell me they had nothing to do with Pixmania Even thou the tv came in a Massive lorry with currys all over it and a receipt also with currys on,FINALY after all this being pasted from buck to buck i get hold of Pixmania again and ask for Replacement,4 Days later i recieve a email saying they are giving me a refund,i am still waiting for and hoping its a full refund as it would end up costing me more in phone bills than the tv is worth,i Did Not Even recieve a phone call to apologise for the way they treated us,wish i had seen this site with feedback before we had ordered item as we would Never had Trusted PIXMANIA WITH ARE HARD ERNT CASH PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO THERE CHEAP PRICES AS IT WILL COST YOU MORE IN THE END IN TIME OFF WORK AND PHONE BILLS..Hope this helps others to stear well clear of the worst site we have ever incountered…

    Bought a wireless router from these guys and it went bust within the warranty period and unfortunately I have moved from Ireland to UK and these buggers were saying that they cannot replace the product simply because I am in the UK and the product was bought in Ireland. More surprisngly they had sold me a product from FRANCE which I cam e to know when contacted the manufacturer. Customer service was utterly useless and they ruthless of saying the reply ’sorry I am helpless’ bearing in mind that the product was still under the retailer as well as manufacturer warranty. I have decided never ever to use this firm for any of my future purchases and shall not recomend this to anyone when there are far better UK retailers who do proper after sales service.

    Pixmania are rubbish. Ordered a Samsung LE40B750 TV on 13/11/09, at the time of ordering the site said it was in stock. When the e-mail order confirmation was recieved the TV was now out of stock. Customer Service could not confirm a delivery date, I have now cancelled the order. 10 days later their site still shows the TV as being on stock.

    I ordered a camcorder and camera through these people. I was visiting my son in hospital every day and told them I was relying on their delivery being on time as he was very poorly at the time (he’s OK now).
    2 days after delivery was due i called them and advised them I needed the goods asap as my newborn premature baby boy was very poorly and they had already broken their promise – the customer care rep said, “it wasn’t his problem, they’d had my money and I could either wait until they had it in stock or cancel and wait 4-6 weeks for a refund”.

    The goods came about a week later and were fine but I vowed I would never use them again after their terrible customer service.

    I sadly used this company at my peril.

    They use Curry’s, Dixon in UK. I ordered a 37” TV from them delivered with in 2 days. Sadly the bottom of the box must have been oppened and one of the Polysterine block that keep the TV screen in place was missing as well as the instruction manual. I ask for 3 days for a replacement and each days I was promissed a callback within 24 hours. As I did not received any call back I decided to return myy product and get my money back. Pixmania wanted a pick up number from the Tech Guys (Dixons) and the Tech Guys said that it is Pixmania who should contact them (what I tend to agree as my contract is with Pixmania.
    After One months of daily call I got my refund.

    AVOID AS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN THEY ARE A PAIN IN THE NECK TO DEAL WITH.

    Ordered LG LCD TV @ 22:00 Mon eve, confirmation Email of delivery time & date @ 08:30 next day. Delivered on Thursday morning! Excellent service.

    Ordered a Panasonic TV from them. They took my money and then e-mailed me that it was out of stock. I phoned to find out what the expected delivery time was and they did not have one. I told them that their website still claimed that the TV was available, was told that they would amend it which they haven’t. I am now going to cancel the order.

    Ordered washing machine, after two days I was notified that it was out of stock and of new in depot date. I had to chase delivery date again and was informed again that it was still out of stock and at this point no one could give me a date of delivery they said it would be emailed within 24/48hrs. 48hrs later I rang them again as I had heard nothing I was informed that it was still out of stock although showing in stock on web site. Cancelled ordered customer care terrible,

    Absolute disgrace, worst company i have ever dealt with. Vowed never to use them again. Ordered and paid for a sony camcorder and was told it would be 5 day delivery. Waited and waited, heard nothing, rang to find out where it was as i was due to take it on holiday. Said it was then out of stock, customer service was diabolical. Eventually got a refund, not even an apology. Never use this company!!!!!

    Worst service I’ve ever encountered. Order placed and confirmed for delivery only to be told 5 days later that item (fridge freezer) out of stock. No apology, explanation….. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!

    Bought a Canon Pixma MP980 from Pimmania on 01/06/09 but when delivered LCD did not work but other features worked OK. Contacted Pixmania via e-mail at end of month to explain the problem and that I wanted a new unit or a refund. They said that I should have registered my complaint within 15 days of purchase to get a refund so they suggested that I returned the printer to France to be repaired and that would take at least one month from receipt !. I explain to them that this option was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. Under Canon’s one year warranty, Canon have visited my home but are still unable to make the LCD work. In the circumstances I have asked them for a refund or a new printer. I am awaiting there response.

    From my experience I would leave Pixmania well alone. My rating of the company is zero.

    Link to product worked but unable to add to basket. Phone line no help either. Perhaps explains why they can offer such a keen price, the item you want you can’t buy forcing you to purchase a more expensive alternative. I chose a retailer that was more reliable.

    Bought from Pixmania on a couple of occasions and their service was fine, up until the point that the goods are faulty. I fought with them for 6 months to get a refund; despite the fact that they themselves were in breach of their own sales contract, they claimed that I was not entitled to a refund at all.

    Beware as they are a French company so the UK Consumer Act does not apply. However French consumer laws are stricter and as soon as I quoted these then they had a change of heart.

    Use this company at your peril!
