I ordered this t.v. on line as it was advertised as being “in stock”
The order was accepted, and confirmed by E-mail for express delivery.
Received phone call next day, telling me it was out of stock,and was awaiting for new stock,but could give me no idea when this would be.
My payment would be refunded within the next 3-5 days.
No apology offered
I ordered a Panasonic TX-L19X10B TV late on a Thursday afternoon and it was delivered the following Monday morning. Excellent service and the cheapest price I could find.
This is the second item I have ordered from Laskys, the first being a laptop which I gave a similar feedback.
I have not had cause to use customer care so cannot comment
Ordered fridge/freezer, then placed additional order for existing fridge to be removed at same time. Arrived on time and installed there and then, old fridge removed and all packaging taken away. Marvellous!
Item delivered very late on delivery day. Engineer called as machine was making scrapping noise, item had been mishandled in transit and drum was off mounting. Once drum had relocated itself by manually turning drum, he checked for damage. Said it was undamaged. On use we found water pouring from bottom of machine. Recalled engineer who wrote the machine off. We now have to wait in for the 4th time for Laskys to take item away. Not good!
Will not use this site again! After 3 times- giving them the benefit of the doubt .Ordered 3 items over the past two years.
The first was not delivered on due date, unable to find us. ( why!) No call,in spite of having two phone numbers. We waited in all day .
Second purchase my husband had to follow van to collect item! Lucky we saw them go past!
Yesterday decided to use my mother-in-law’s address because of difficulties finding us ( why?) no phone call or knock on the door, a wasted day again. Very bad service!
Great service – really good internet deal, item in stock and delivered on time for just a small fee. I was phoned by the company an hour before they arrived on my mobile to give me time to get back home to let them in. Only down side is that until that phone call you are only offered a 7-7 delivery slot.
My Panasonic Viera TX-32LZD81 TV was ordered late pm on Tuesday and delivered on Thursday at lunchtime. Cheapest price I could find on the internet. I hope Laskys Customer Care (if needed) is as good as their service so far.
