Hotpoint WMD940A

The Hotpoint WMD940A is a solid, reliable front-loading, fully automatic washing machine available in the colour of white.  Its large porthole door opens widely, allowing for easier loading and unloading of clothing between washes.  Perfect for the large family and busy household, its 8 kg capacity for cotton cloth per load will let you do less loads overall and save you time and money. 

Although a free-standing unit, the Hotpoint machine is small enough to fit beneath the standard U.K. worktop, measuring at 85 cm in height, 59.5 cm in width and 56.5 cm in depth.  Per load, it consumes 1.52 kWh in electricity and 69 litres of water. 

When it comes to efficiency, the unit holds A grades for both energy and wash efficiency, and with a maximum drum spin speed of 1,400 rotations per minute, it has a B grade for spin efficiency.  There are also several features available with the WMD940A, including a start delay option and a remaining time indicator
