not a good customer service, i ordered a tv that was suppose to come with a stand, the tv was delievered without the stand, this is my second day on the phone to regarding the tv stand they keep promising to call me, but they never did i got fed up and said i wanted to return the tv, they said i have to pay £50 to have it picked up. i will advise people to well known organisation, am still waiting for the stand
