Delivery is offered at pre-defined hourly or 4 hour time slots – generally between 2 and 5 days from a confirmed order, 7 days a week. Customers can easily return online purchased products to a Currys store should the need arise."

    wait for delivery more than 3 weeks, but delivery time was untill 2 weeks.

    Bought a American Fridge Freezer – Best price i could find anywhere – They phoned in advance 1 1/2 hours earlier than they’d set (fair enough) got it down to the back of the house where it got abit difficult and started damaging the packaging the main guy wanted to give up and take it back. I said i wanted it so i signed off on delivery at the back gate. My dad and myself managed to get it into the yard and onto the decking outside the kitchen door. We took the doors off etc… got it in and plumbed up JOB DONE!!!

    I think they gave up a little too easy – it did get dented (on the side – hidden) but i think that happend when they were still there. we managed it the rest no problems (be aware of access when buying something like this, the box is quite big!!!

    Ordering online couldn’t be easier, choice of delivery and arrived in the 4hr slot when checked by telephone
    (automated response).

    Noticed the price has dropped again ! and currently out of stock
    So must be a good deal, thanks to ProperPrice and discount code.

    Bought a samsung fridge freezer plus 5 year cover, insurance cover started at time of purchase although I wasn’t taking delivery for a month, paying for goods as yet undelivered. Day of delivery was told by delivery men that they couldn’t unbox the fridge freezer for me to check as I had ONLY paid £20 for goods to be delivered (yet on line delivery is free with most people) several hours later my husband comes home from work removes the box and HEY PRESTO they’ve delivered the wrong fridge freezer NOT EVEN THE RIGHT COLOUR. After several hours of telephone calls to dozens of different people they agree to deliver the replacement today. Delivery men turn up take out wrong f/freezer, then to make sure we know we have the correct one they remove it from the packaging and after we confirm that it is the right one they bring it into the house(minus packaging). Now at last we have our f/freezer, we start to remove the remainder of the tape from the doors etc only to discover several scratches and a small dent all on the front where they can’t be hidden, delivery driver hasn’t left yet tell him about scratches, sorry nothing to do with me (HE CAUSED THEM ! ) call customer services. Another hour and a bit later we have now arranged for attempt no 3, WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN, YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER BETTER OFF GOING TO A SMALL INDEPENDANT WHO VALUES YOUR CUSTOM UNLIKE CURRYS

    It is now 10.30pm on Wed 19th August and i am trying to buy an AEG washer dryer L16850 at £559, under discount code 20. The cart refuses to recognise Code 20 and this is the last day that this offer is available. I am very disappointed that, although i have followed all the instructions, it has not been possible to make this purchase.

    I have just purchased a Hotpoint DY46X from yourselves which was delivered today, and am suprised to read on the ‘properprice.co.uk’ website that Kitchen Science. Co.UK sell the same cooker for £373.44 which is £75.56 difference. I was told at the Store if I saw it cheaper elsewhere I would be refunded double the difference.
    Can you please advise me by email if this is correct and what is the procedure for getting the refund.
