    Attempted to order an Aqualtis AQGMD129. Ordered before the 12pm deadline for next day delivery but was told that the last delivery slot had gone and the next available date was after the bank holiday. Very poor.

    we ordered an Lg washing machine which was showing in stock. We requested a delivery date which was accepted as viable. The next day we received 3 calls from Boots, each one putting back the delivery date until it was 2 weeks after our chosen date. This gave us no confidence in their abillity to deliver so we therefore cancelled the order! We have since still received calls to try to arrange collection of our old appliance, a service we had not requested! Complete incompetence!

    When I ordered the Whirlpool arc5180 from Boots.com, I arranged a delivery date and was informed that I would receive a text the day before to confirm the delivery time. I was pleased when I received the text to say that delivery would be on Friday 24th July at Between 15.00 and 19.00. A few hours later my husband took a phonecall to say that we would not be getting our fridgefreezer because it was out of stock and that somenone would contact us on the morning of Friday 24th July to rearrange delivery. We didn’t get a call so my husband phoned Boots.com and he was then told delivery would be in September so he asked for a refund and we cancelled. I wonder when Boots.com would have bothered to contact us. Very dissapointing
