Please don,t buy from them.I ordered a TV that they claimed was in stock and the next day they sent me an email which I came across accidently in my spam folder saying it was now out of stock.They were recommending another TV for £100 dearer.I tried to phone them and had to listen to automated drivel at a cost of 10p per min.In the end nobody answered.I tried using their online’LIVE’help customer service.Conveniently this was ‘offline’ but the stock and order service was operational.I sent a message anyway only for an error message to appear.I had hoped to have my new TV in time for Xmas and they have ruined that chance.The email they sent was a NO REPLY job too.Bottom line….rubbish customer service and misleads you into placing an order claiming the goods are in stock when they are not.
Ordered the TV and paid extra for next day delivery as I required it urgently,at point of order Istaudiovisual claimed stock. After paying I was then the next day that they had run out of stock and further stock was expected in another 2 days time. On the day the stock was expected I was then further advised that there would be a further delay of 5 days. I have now cancelled the order and have ordered with an alternative supplier and have requested a full refund. I am awaiting cancellation acceptance and return of my funds. I will post the outcome in the next days. Not recommended.
this site was an absolute joke. i ordered from them, i didnt come after 10 tens so i tried to call them they didnt answer so i called up samsung direct and found out that they dont even deal with samsung. how much of a con can this company be

Amazing offer price £386 for a tru 1080P 32inch LG5700, amazing speedy delivery – ordered noon on Wed and it arrived Fri morning – Beat that, lots of emails, does exactly what it says on the tin folks, highly recommended, I’ll BE BACK.
